Koala Baby Pikler Climbing Frame – Foldable Montessori Triangle with Slide
Compact, sturdy and Montessori-inspired indoor climber designed as a first baby gym. This 6-step wooden Pikler triangle folds in seconds for easy storage and includes a reversible “Beginner’s board slide for climbing and sliding. The top opening and stair spacing are specially sized for baby feet to support safe pulling up, crawling, climbing and independent movement.
Handmade in the EU (Latvia) from solid pine with FSC sustainable sourcing, sanded smooth and CE-certified for safety. Recommended use & development tips
Baby (approx. 6–9 months): Use the climber lying or seated to encourage reaching, pulling up and exploring grips. The slatted slide side with steps helps crawling and first climbing attempts without pressure to stand.
Early toddler (approx. 9–18 months): Encourage independent climbing, brief standing and stepping down to develop balance, body awareness and leg strength. Supervise and let the child explore at their own pace.
Toddler (approx. 18 months–3 years): Promote climbing, balancing and creative play; combine the triangle with free play for confidence-building and motor skill challenges. The frame can be expanded with additional accessories such as other slides or climbing boards.
